You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from active databases, subject to legal retention requirements.

Google Play Store Requirements
Google Play Compliance Disclosures

- No Data Sales: We do not sell user data to third parties.
- Retention Disclosure: Translation content submitted through the app may be retained temporarily for security monitoring beyond the immediate processing request.
- Prominent Disclosure: We obtain user consent before accessing location data. Users are informed at the time of the permission request and can revoke access at any time in device settings.
- Families Policy: Our app is not intended for children under 13. We will comply with Google's Families Policy requirements if our app is made available in a category accessible to children.
Meta Platform Requirements
Meta Platform Compliance Disclosures
- Meta Data Use: Data obtained via Meta Platform APIs is used only to provide and improve our Services, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms.
- No Unauthorized Data Transfer: We do not transfer Meta Platform Data to data brokers, ad networks, or data aggregation services.
- User Data Deletion: Users may request deletion of all data, including data obtained through Meta Login, at translait.ai/data-request.
- Data Sharing Limitation: We do not use data obtained through Meta's APIs to target advertising outside of Meta's own tools.

International Data Transfers
Translait LLC is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
